Born and raised in the City of Angels, Beth has had a sweet tooth from a young age. She would save all her allowance money to buy icy Slush Puppies and chewy Now and Laters. She pursued a career as a pastry chef, training at Le Cordon Bleu in London and has worked for Michelin Star chefs like Gordon Ramsey. While living in London, she was struck by the British candy stores and their variety of tasty sweets, and decided to apply all her years of candy consumption for good - and open her own store! The Sweet Tooth is a culmination of her years of study, decades of sugar highs, and a lifetime of candy day-dreaming.
